FinanSys is a financial software, subscription and professional services company established for 21 years with a head office in Bank within the heart of the City of London and global satellite offices.

Due to recent product innovations developed within FinanSys we are experiencing very rapid growth and are looking to recruit another permanent member of our support team to work 9:00-5:30 (GMT -8).

The position would suit someone with a finance background who has previously supported another financial application such as:

SunSystems
Sage
Quickbooks
Xero
SAP
Oracle
NetSuite
etc.

The position will involve interaction with clients, therefore you should be comfortable and confident speaking with customers at all levels of an organisation to understand their issues and explain the proposed solutions.

Skills and Experience

Experience working in a finance department and an understanding of the various task and roles highly desirable.

Some accounting qualifications (Preferably AAT level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting or equivalent)

IT Literate, any knowledge of advanced MS Excel, Access, SQL definitely an advantage.

Able to manage workload and prioritise with minimal supervision.

Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills as the opportunities present themselves.

Location: London, the candidate can work from home, our office, or customer site based on customer needs

Working hours: Full time

Salary: £55k-£65k per annum

About the role

We are an Oracle NetSuite Solutions Provider Partner that would like to recruit an experienced implementation consultant to join an already established team. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong Oracle NetSuite consulting experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end to end NetSuite implementations.
  • Identify and capture client requirements through workshop sessions.
  • Solution design through business and gap analysis
  • Document client requirements to create a detailed business requirements document.
  • Configuration and implementation of requirements into the system
  • End user onboarding and training
  • Go live and post go-live support.
  • Creation of documentation
  • Assist with the training and development of internal NetSuite expertise.

 

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of finance, services, and CRM
  • Established track record of full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Solutions driven.
  • Excellent business analysis, communication (written and verbal), presentation, leadership, time management and inter-personal skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Work to deadlines
  • Able to self-manage and work using own initiative.
  • 5+ years of NetSuite consulting and implementation experience

 

Qualifications

  • NetSuite Certifications
  • Accounting qualification desirable
