Job Title: Business Analysis & Process Management Consultant
Location: Remote – BG based
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 UK hours (11:00 – 19:30 Sofia)
Reporting to: Product Director – UniFi
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Negotiable – depending on experience
About the role
Successful candidates will use their experience of business processes and engagement with users to identify requirements and contribute to the design of system features that deliver outstanding business value to customers of the UniFi platform, and utilize the platform to build best practice solutions to a variety of use cases.
Role responsibilities :
- Deliver research into evolving regulatory, technological, market and customer requirements that drive new requirements for customers’ business success.
- Capture, analyse and document customer requirements regarding business and accounting processes.
- Conceive optimal application solutions to address requirements, and document systems designs
- Build standard Application solutions to address new Use Cases and demonstrate best practice utilizing the standard features available within the UniFi platform. including Apps, business process (workflow)
- integration, autonomous processing and business intelligence. Identify and document opportunities for innovative new UniFi features that enable or add value to the Application solutions being delivered.
- Help with feature validation and testing to ensure that outcomes meet agreed requirements and design
- Act as the centre of excellent for the UniFi platform and solutions
- Provide training to internal teams, partners and clients, create documentation, and offer technical support to ensure effective system use.
- Support the Business Development team and undertake client demonstrations in a presale’s environment.
About the candidate
Essential Skills
- Degree or professional qualifications, in accounting, finance and business related fields desirable, or equivalent experience.
- An excellent understanding of Accounting & Finance and business processes.
- Industry and Technical Knowledge In-depth understanding of business analysis practices, process management methodologies, and relevant technologies (e.g., BPM tools, data mapping, FMS, ERP and CRM systems).
- Analytical and Critical Thinking. Ability to analyse complex business problems, assess multiple solutions, and prioritize requirements to achieve optimal outcomes, even under resource constraints.
- Detail Orientation and Big Picture Thinking.
- Problem-Solving Skills. Capable of quickly identifying areas for improvement and developing creative, practical solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English to articulate findings, recommendations, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and clients.

Nice to have skills
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning. A “can do” attitude.
- Experience in the use of reporting and analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos, Crystal Reports)
- Some proficiency in using SQL queries and JavaScript.
- Experience in working with ERP and accounting systems.
- Confidence to present and defend recommendations to senior stakeholders.
