About the role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to bring in house the management of both our Internal IT systems, our AWS public cloud platform and building a team.

Role Responsibilities

• Establishing current & future requirements.
• Defining IT strategy, architecture, and process.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Managing security of our IT systems
• Assessment and management of suppliers.

About the candidate

Essential Skills

• High standard of English.
• Working with the Information Technology infrastructure estate, ensuring high levels of availability and system performance
• Implementing change in a robust and secure manner in a mixed physical / virtualized environment
• Identify areas for improvement within supported systems.
• Maintain and improve technical knowledge of internal systems.

Desired Skills

• Act as a technical escalation point for 1st and 2nd line team members to resolve incidents and provide resolution.
• Good Knowledge of Cyber Security
• Provide technical knowledge, expertise on infrastructure.
• Experience of working in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V, VMWare, and AWS Public Cloud
