About the role
We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our growing team to manage financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. The successful candidate will analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance, and also assist our UniFi consultants to implement effective accounting/finance applications.
Role Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Procurement Processing
- Credit control – speaking with customers
- Liasing with key partners for customer orders
- Managing customer renewals
- Finance systems administration, improvement and control
- Processing statutory requirements such as VAT, Payroll, etc.
- Assisting UniFi Tenant Management process
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting
standards and regulations
About the candidate
Essential Skills
- Accountancy standards – recognised accounting qualification
- Good communication with advanced level of English
- High level of attention to detail
- Technological aptitude – proficiency in MS Excel
- Adaptability – ability to take on new challenges
- Time management and organisation
- Numeracy – knowledge of budgeting, understanding trends and analysing figures for insights
Nice to have skills:
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Minimum 5 years experience as a member of finance/accounting teams.
