The organisation began experiencing issues with the financial management system they were using, largely because it was an on-premise system. This affected the three resorts’ smooth financial operations.
The finance and accounting team was forced to use manual workarounds to compensate for the system’s shortcomings. This was not only time-consuming, but it also introduced an unacceptable margin of inefficiency and error for a resort of their calibre.
As a growing and forward-thinking organisation, there was a need for the resorts to transition from an on-premise environment to a more scalable and flexible cloud-based solution.
