Language Availability for SunSystems
SunSystems supports a range of interface languages, including English (United States), French (France), Spanish (International), Simplified Chinese, and Japanese (Japan).
Changing Your Language Settings
To enable any of the supported languages on your system, please speak to your Infor Account Manager. Once the language has been made available, follow these steps:
Go to the Infor OS user menu, then select User Settings > Language and Region. Use the Language dropdown to select your preferred option and then click Save. You will need to log out, close your browser, reopen it, and log in again. Your selected language will then be active.
Configuring the Base Language
The base language sets the primary language for the system. Any language already enabled can be designated as the base language. Your Infor Account Manager is required to make this change. If you intend to add a new language and change the base language, it is recommended to request both at the same time.
