Resplendent Ceylon began experiencing issues with the financial management system they were using, largely because it was an on-premise system that lead to manual workarounds to compensate for the system’s shortcomings.
Following the successful implementation of SunSystems Cloud, Resplendent Ceylon’s Finance Manager stated: “We were able to save around 50% of the time it takes to complete our month-end closing. Previously, it took us until the 8th or 9th of the following month, but now we are able to finish within 3 to 4 working days”.
