Infor’s latest update to SunSystems Cloud, scheduled for release on October 21, 2025, will introduce a set of significant improvements designed to make day-to-day finance faster, more visual, and easier to manage.

New SunSystems Dashboard Widgets
With the 2025.10 release, Infor will introduce a full library of role-based visualisations, available for customers to deploy at no extra charge.
With this, users will be able to create dashboards without having to start from scratch.
The October 2025 release will launch with two key widgets that focus on Accounts Payable, including:
- Aged Payables
- Top Suppliers
Users can place these widgets directly onto their workspaces to surface the metrics that matter most.
Query & Analysis Scheduler
The latest release will introduce powerful automation capabilities for Infor Q&A Cloud, streamlining reporting and administration. Key enhancements include:
- Seamless Microsoft 365 (OAuth 2.0) integration
- Automated report execution and sharing on a schedule
- Scheduled execution of Data Send routines
- Email delivery of full reports or individual sheets
- Support for multiple report formats: XLSX, CSV, ZIP
- Integration with SunSystems Cloud storage
- An improved administrator interface for simpler management
Form Designer
This update will enable easy customisation of SunSystems forms directly in your browser.
It will see the web-based Form Designer in Infor SunSystems Cloud step up with advanced features that reduce the need to switch to the Designer Edition. These include:
- Improved security: You will be able to grant or restrict form access based on Data Access Groups and/or Business Units
- SunSystems Data Dictionary integration: The Form Designer will now integrate with SunSystems Data Dictionary to deliver uniform and simplified form design through centrally managed items and terms.
- Grouping and parenting controls: You will be able to keep tabs, fields, buttons, and text together in logical containers.
- Configurable default tab order: Set default tab sequences once and save time on every form you build.
API Improvements
Infor SunSystems has long been known for its open and adaptable integration framework. With the 2025.10 release, these tools are being further enhanced to deliver faster, more reliable integrations, including:
- Larger page sizes (now up to 20,000) for faster and simpler data movement
- This release introduces select functionality, giving you control to minimise payloads and improve response times by pulling just the fields you need.
- Extended timeouts to improve robustness on long-running operations
- Enhanced server capacity to strengthen performance and ensure back-end stability
Expanded Language Coverage
With the October 2025 release, Infor will add support for the following languages to SunSystems Cloud:
- Thai
- Vietnamese
- Brazilian Portuguese
