New scheduling engine
SunSystems Cloud comes with a new scheduling engine used by:
- Reports
- Transfer Desk Automation Profiles
It also provides upgrade tools for older SunSystems versions to the cloud.
New queueing technology
A new queueing technology has been added to SunSystems Cloud to enable reporting at scale.
New cloud storage facilities
SunSystems Cloud now has new cloud storage facilities, enabling users to store backups and reporting data in the cloud. The new cloud storage facilities enable a more robust file and folder management with permissions and are backed by S3.
New automated monthly scheduled updates
SunSystems Cloud comes with new automated monthly scheduled updates. With this, you will always be on the latest version of SunSystems with regular patches, bug fixes, and the latest features.

- Restructure of system configuration options (CGM)

Infor Q&A Changes
The main changes in the new Query & Analysis in the new multi-tenant cloud solution are:
- User roles are now controlled in Ming.le via Infor Federation Services (IFS)
- Enhanced Report Designer capabilities
- DataSend functionality utilises API rather than SunSystems Connect (SSC)
- Migration facilities available for Q&A 10, Q&A 11 and SunSystems v4 DataLink
- Q&A Alert functionality is no longer available
