NetSuite has announced that the company is ready to start providing customers with access to the newest product version, NetSuite Release 2022.2.
Customer accounts will be migrated to Release 2022.2 over the next three months, just as they were with previous versions. The initial upgrades in the production account are expected to begin in mid-August, with the final upgrades occurring in October. Please check your New Release Portlet (NRP) for an update on your upgrade schedule.
You should take advantage of your free 2022.2 Release Preview account. With the Release Preview account, you can test the upgrade process and new feature previews beforehand to ensure a seamless and trouble-free upgrade.
NetSuite Release 2022.2: What is a Release Preview Account?
Your Release Preview account is a full replica of your production account, which can be used to ensure that all critical processes run as expected with the NetSuite 2022.2 upgrade. Release Preview is a great option for everyone, but it’s especially critical for those with customisations in their production accounts.
The Release Preview Guide on the New Release portlet contains all of the information you’ll need to plan and execute testing in your Release Preview Account.
Release Preview, in addition to testing, also gives you an early, preliminary look at the upgrades’ new features and capabilities and how they perform in a duplicate of your account.
Administrators should log in to their Release Preview account by going to Setup > Company > Release Preview and clicking the Request Release Preview button. When your NetSuite Release Preview account is ready to use, NetSuite Administrators will get an email notification.
